The UBBD with the Bulk Bag is located onto an ISL Discharge Station which, on demand signal, lifts the cone valve to discharge the product. As the Bulk Bag empties, the weight of the Bulk Bag pushes the support plate progressively lower. This action rotates the clamp frames inwards to simultaneously squeeze the Bulk Bag to force the product to discharge.
Flow is further enhanced when the Bulk Bag is shaken vertically by the cone valve and squeezed during operation.
